Purpose:
It is primarily used as a conduit for communication pipelines in applications such as communication cables, telecommunications optical cable networks, long-distance communication lines, and cable television broadcasting transmission networks. It offers a combination of rigidity and flexibility, requires fewer laying procedures, is easy to install, ensures safety and reliability, and features low construction costs.
Packaging, transportation, storage, and handling of plum-blossom tubes
Packaging
Plum-blossom pipes are bundled in quantities ranging from 4 to 15, then wrapped in plastic film bags; upon mutual agreement between the supplier and the customer, packaging can be customized to meet specific customer requirements.
Transportation and Handling
It may be transported by various modes of transport; during transportation and loading/unloading, dropping, impact, heavy pressure, prolonged exposure to sunlight, or proximity to heat sources are prohibited. Mixing with toxic or hazardous substances is not permitted. Coiled plum-blossom pipes must not be transported in a flat position.
Storage
Plum-blossom pipes shall be stored in a cool, dry warehouse at ambient temperature. Straight pipes shall be laid flat, with a stacking height not exceeding 2 m. Detached sections and coiled multi-hole pipes may also be laid flat, but heavy loading or compact stacking must be avoided. Seven-hole plum-blossom pipes must not be stored together with toxic or hazardous materials; they shall be kept away from heat sources, and conspicuous no-fire signs shall be posted at the storage location. The storage period, calculated from the date of manufacture, generally shall not exceed two years.Key words:- Plum blossoms
