Purpose:
Widely used in urban power grid construction and renovation, municipal infrastructure upgrading projects, civil aviation airport development, industrial park and residential community construction, transportation and bridge-and-road engineering, as well as postal and telecommunications applications. The product can be installed within concrete, between floor slabs, or inside walls as concealed conduit for electrical wiring, or alternatively as exposed conduit for general wiring installations.
Precautions for the transportation, handling, and storage of pipe materials:
1. During transportation and handling en route, pipe materials shall be carefully and gently placed, neatly arranged, and protected from severe impacts and contact with sharp objects. They must not be thrown, dropped, rolled, or exposed to direct sunlight. Soft padding should be used to protect the points where cable ropes come into contact with the pipes. It is strictly prohibited to place pipes on pipe fittings during loading and unloading.
2. Pipe materials shall be stored on a level surface, stacked neatly, with a stacking height not exceeding 2 m and a distance of at least 1 m from heat sources. Exposure to direct sunlight is prohibited; if stored outdoors, the materials must be covered.
3. Pipe fittings must be stored indoors in a cool, dry location; open flames are strictly prohibited.Key words:- Piping
