Detection and Assurance
Universal Testing Machine
The ring stiffness testing machine is primarily used for ring stiffness tests on various types of pipes and complies with a range of relevant test standards. It can be equipped with electronic universal testing machine grips to enable the functions of an electronic universal testing machine.
Temperature-controlled oven
The dimensional change rate (oven method) is determined in accordance with Test Method B of GB 6671-2001 to measure the longitudinal shrinkage of pipe materials. It is applicable to solid-wall PVC/PE pipes and silicon-core pipes.
Universal Testing Machine
The WDW-50 microcomputer-controlled electronic universal testing machine features computer-based control, a load-cell force measurement system, and a gantry frame. Its innovative design ensures accurate digital signal processing, simple operation, and convenient use and maintenance. This high-precision, multi-purpose materials testing machine is capable of conducting mechanical property tests on both metallic and nonmetallic materials, including tensile, ring stiffness, flexibility, flattening, and compression tests. Data acquisition, storage, processing, and printing of test results are performed using a PC and interface board. The system can calculate key parameters such as maximum force, yield force, maximum deformation, yield point, elastic modulus, tensile strength, and yield strength; it also supports curve analysis, offers a graphical user interface with multi-sensor integration, provides flexible data processing, and is compatible with the MS-ACCESS database, thereby enhancing overall system functionality. This equipment is ideally suited for research institutions, colleges and universities, and industrial and mining enterprises to conduct mechanical property analysis and quality inspection of various materials.
Vicat Softening Point Tester
The XRW-300 series is used for determining the heat distortion temperature and Vicat softening temperature in accordance with GB/T 8802 and GB/T 1633 standards, specifically for CPVC and MPP.
Drop Weight Impact Testing Machine
The drop-weight impact testing machine determines the impact resistance of pipes in accordance with the test method specified in GB 14152-2001. It is suitable for PVC and silicon-core pipe products, as well as finished MPP pipes.
Melt Flow Rate Tester
The XNR-450D Melt Flow Rate Tester determines the flow behavior of thermoplastic polymers at elevated temperatures in accordance with the test method specified in GB 3682-2000. It is suitable for PE and PP raw materials.
The laboratory also has:Vicat softening temperature tester, low-temperature constant-temperature chamber, cold bend radius testing machine, pipe hydrostatic pressure testing machine, melt flow rate tester, muffle furnace, inner-wall static friction coefficient tester, Shore hardness tester, plate vulcanizing press, and others.Testing and sample preparation equipment.
