Purpose:
The grid conduit boasts excellent compatibility and ease of use, making it suitable for pulling and laying various types of cables, including optical fiber cables, power cables, coaxial cables, and PCM cables. It is widely employed in telecommunications, radio and television broadcasting, railway communications, military applications, educational institutions, and internal communication networks of large and medium-sized industrial and mining enterprises. With a broad operating temperature range of –40°C to +80°C, it exhibits outstanding low-temperature resilience, high compressive and impact resistance, as well as resistance to acids and alkalis and excellent aging resistance, making it suitable for both cold and tropical climates.

How to use the grid tube:
The selection of the laying location for trunk pipelines shall comply with the following conditions: the pipeline centerline shall be parallel to the road centerline or the building red line; smaller-diameter pipes shall be placed on the upper and inner sides of the pipe bundle; within the same pipe bundle, it is recommended to use a single type of multi-hole pipe; and the annular spaces between layers of plastic pipes shall be tightly packed layer by layer.
The socket end and the spigot interior of the porous plastic pipe shall be evenly coated with a dedicated medium-viscosity adhesive, with a minimum viscosity of 500 mPa·s. The plastic pipe shall be fully inserted and then firmly compressed and secured. The joints of individual plastic pipes should be staggered. For groups of grating-type plastic pipes, tie straps shall be used to secure the assembly at intervals of approximately 3 meters.Transportation, Handling, and Storage of Grid Tubes
During loading, unloading, and transportation, the product must not be subjected to severe impact, dropped, or heavily compressed.
Pipes shall be stored on a level, well-prepared site, stacked neatly, with a maximum stack height of 2 meters. They must be kept at least 1 meter away from heat sources and protected from direct sunlight.Key words:- Underground
