Purpose:
CPVC underground high-voltage power cable conduits are primarily used for the installation of power cables, providing guidance and protection. Compared with traditional asbestos-cement pipe systems, they offer superior flexibility, excellent high-temperature resistance, resistance to cracking and aging, long service life, and no radioactive contamination. The product features high-temperature rubber seals at the flared socket connections to accommodate thermal expansion and contraction, eliminating the need for on-site concrete pouring or protective cover layers. Its light weight, simple installation, and low cost significantly shorten construction schedules. With a Vicat softening temperature of no less than 93°C, the temperatures generated by cable overloads and short circuits within the conduit have no adverse effect on the product.

Handling, transportation, and storage of CPVC underground high-voltage power cable conduits:
1. Pipes and pipe fittings shall be handled with care during transportation, loading/unloading, and moving, and shall be neatly arranged.
1. Pipes and pipe fittings shall be handled with care during transportation, loading/unloading, and moving, and shall be neatly arranged.
3. When the temperature difference between the pipe storage or staging area and the construction site is significant, the pipes shall be allowed to acclimatize for a specified period until their temperature approaches that of the job site before installation and use.
4. Pipe storage areas shall be kept away from sources of ignition and protected from direct sunlight.
